A new newsroom, for a new time in media

The decline of local journalism impacts democracy in ways that causes citizens to lose touch with each other and become less informed about civic institutions.

Next Generation Newsroom will take a community-engaged approach to bolstering local news. This newsroom will focus on producing original, daily enterprise reporting about topics of civic interest.
