Once an award-winning newsman, Andy started the CMI from nothing in 2016. Since then, the Center has raised more than $6 million for local journalism projects - most of which have succeeded, along with a few that did not. When he’s not working, he enjoys boot camp fitness, bicycling, gardening, reading, boat building and writing.
