Members of the PMP are news outlets that regularly publish independent journalism.

Outlets must also maintain a news operation that is based in and serves audiences in
Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington and
Westmoreland counties.
