Hannah Frances Johansson

Hannah Frances Johansson is a reporter with Pittsburgh Media Partnership newsroom. In May 2025 she completed her master's at the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism before moving to Pittsburgh. Hannah is a 2025 receipt of the Overseas Press Club Scholar Award and a former 11^th Hour Food and Farming Fellow. Her reporting has appeared in CNN, Pittsburgh's Public Source, Michigan Public Radio and Poetry Foundation, among other places. Prior to journalism, she worked briefly in ecology.
