Jeanna Sybert

Jeanna Sybert is the Assistant Director of the Pittsburgh Media Partnership. Before joining the PMP, Sybert earned her Ph.D. in communication at the University of Pennsylvania and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Media at Risk at the Annenberg School. Her research examines the impacts of increasingly precarious labor conditions on contemporary U.S. journalism. Sybert also received her B.A. in communication and political science from the University of Pittsburgh. She is originally from Mars, in Butler County.
